Hello i have never trained lucid dreams before but im gonna do it from now on. I have had a couple of lucid dreams before. Once i was in a forest and suddenly i thought im dreaming! so i found a cliff and jumped out of it, i landed on the ground, and thought it was so cool that i could jump but did't hurt myself so i did it over and over again for some minutes then i woke up. Another time i was in a house and i closed my eyes and started to run, i was thinking "when i look up i will be at a rock concert" and i was! It was really fun but it did'nt last long

I'm wondering if it is possible to have a long lucid dream, not just a couple of minutes, i mean so you can really feel that a long time have gone in the dream.

Some pretty cool lucid dreams you've had. It seems you have a general understanding of the concept and functionality of the Lucid World. I've done the close eyes routine on several occassions whenever I want to change the dream setting in a flash. But there are several techniques you can utilize to extend the Lucid Dream. Take a look at tutorials whenever you have time. I'll C-ya around.
