Howdy...Just joined today...
Been reading about Lucid dreaming ever since my friend told me about the ability to control your dreams by looking at your hands in your dream, of course at first I was like bull.... Then after reading tons of info on the net became obsessed. The bad thing is I cant remember dreams at all. Since trying to start recalling dreams I've remembered only 1 and it was crazy. I've started the journal, but it sucks having one that you cant write anything in. I do all the thinking before bed about remembering my dreams and waking up from my dreams. Haven't tried the alarm method but sleeping with another person everynight I dont want to have to wake them up. Also, I wanna ask if going to sleep at odd hours like 4 or 5 am but sleeping until 12, 2, or 3pm would effect dream recall and obtaining lucidity overall.. Thank you, and any tips would be sweet.
