Thread: Night Terrors And Lucid Dreaming

Upon finding this site about a week ago, and beginning training myself for lucid dreaming, some memories of my childhood came back to me. I was once able to have lucid dreams when I was a child, but I never really understood what they were.

However, in conjunction with that, I had 'Night Terrors' as they are medically referred to. Occasionally, I would have nightmares, where I would be fully awake (or so it seemed) and see things in my room/house that were not there. (such as a recurring one of a head/set of hands playing an organ ) I know its not relevant to lucid dreaming, or this site, I was just curious if anyone might have any insight on this.
