Hiya everyone,
I was talking with friend the other day about dreams and lucid dreaming came up.
am I right in thinking that 'lucid' dreaming is just having really realistic dreams, knowing they're not real and being able to control them?
If so I've always been able to do it, I just didn't know everyone else could't (or even that it had a proper name).
I've joined this because I'm curious in finding out more...any ideas?

Thats pretty much what Lucid Dreaming is! Just simply knowing your dreaming. The fact that your a natural at it will be more then helpful in learning more, and it'll all come so much easier to you!
