Hi 1ns4n1ty :okbyenow: and welcome to Dv :)
Well is good to see that you've had 2 lucids already so you know what they're like. Firstly heres the link to the Tutorials Section after all it has all the key information that you need.
You say you need to improve you dream recall, do you have a dream journal? That seriously helps and is one of the most needed tools for lucid dreaming as it helps you recognize dreams signs as well as improves yur recall, so thats 2 reasons on why to use it! Also we have a Dream Journals section here so you can read other people's dreams or let other people read yours.
The WBTB technique is a great technique for newbies, you might also like to try the MILD as well, the 2 of them are winning combinations. I don't know much about the brainwave entertainment (bineural beats) but hey maybe you could post your findings about it.
Well thats all I've got to say, except have a great time, good luck and I'll see you around. :D
