Hello everyone, I am another new person as you can see. I am here because I am doing a school speech on lucid dreaming. I appreciate all the help that you may give me and I would like any tips on dream recalling because I need to recall my dreams to start lucid dreaming anyways. And I am going to tell my progress on lucid dreaming in my speech. I will problably still go on this fourm even after I am done my speech too.
And I just had to post this on my first post ---> :yumdumdoodledum:

Hi Kennedy and welcome to Dreamviews. :welcome:
You can take a look at Dream RecallThis should help a lot. but you will find all the information you need if you take a look at the tutorials This should get you on your way. If you have other questions the DreamGuides are a great group of people and they are extremely informative. Well welcome to the family and have fun browsing around, because there are always some very interesting topics going on around these parts.
See ya around :goodjob2:

Good luck with your project, LDing is an awesome subject and hopefully you'll get some good experiences to report in your speech!

hiya,
yep it would be good to have experienced an LD before talking about it because if you have experienced something you can talk about it with more conviction and in the case of LD's excitement.
You might want to right something along the lines of that if you can be fully concious inside a dream and that is a proven fact - as concious as if you are fully awake - then what is life itself - is it indeed just a dream!
I imagine you have a deadline for the speech. I would say do not try to force the LD or stress over getting one in the time. When I have tried to force it I had larger dry spells. When I realised the desire to have LD's I had the most I have had.
You gotta read the books by Stephen Laberge as he was the first to scientifically prove LD's exist.
Otherwise read all the stuff on here - I would advise you to try the FILD technique. It is super easy and
appears to be very effective indeed. Also work on Reality Checks as they are important. Keeping a dream journal is also highly useful as you need to have good recall if you want to remember the LD when you wake up.
Good Luck with the speech, maybe you can post the text version of it on DV's so we can read it :)
Namaste ;)
