hello im the friend who introduced monkey into dreaming. He passed the name of this site my way. Originally i got into it because i read somewhere that learning how to see your hand s in a dream would make u realize u were in one. SO in my waking life i would focus on my hands and ask my self if i was dreaming. THen one time i really was! I went ahead and registered to become more dream efficient, i often lose my dream right after become lucid. If anyone has anytips for me it is much abloiged. Also monkey elk just gave me some crazy dream pills: B(somethin)and mellotonin. I thougt mellotonin was for flowers. hope fully i dream if u know anything about that let me know.

I told ya bitch, B-6 with melatonin, its gonna work.... just need some advice on how much to take.... my pills have 10mg of B-6 and 3mg of Melatonin, any advice on how many pills I should take??? haven't recalled any while taking them, only tried twice, however roomates have recalled some crazy dreams...

Watch the melatonin dosage. Start off lightly and don't use it too often. While it is true that it can give you very vivid dreams, too much, for me at least, tends to inhibit my ability to become lucid.

Also, your body will build up tolerance to them. I try to limit my intake to one 6mg pill twice a week.

I think Ev knows a bunch about dosages and stuff, at least the ones that have worked for him. You might want to PM him about it or research some more....

P.S I take 3mg of melatonin every 2 days or so, and hope to start taking B6, to try it out for a while too, soon....
