Ok well first hello, im triplex223. You can call me Mr. X if you wish. Well basically i would like a small explanation or links to answer the following.

-What does WILD, MILD, stuff like that stand for.... i no there teqinquiqes so how can i learn to do then

-How many lucid dreams does a averagew person have in a week

- How to obtain lucidity

- Id really like to experience a lucid dream

- i remember having a lucid dream once when i was little, i was like WOAH im dreaming this is soo cool and than i woke up...

i really wish to have that happen again


- after ive been here for two weeks .. im looking for an adopter.. please private message me with tips

An average wouldn't be accurate. Some people are natural LDers, many more not. Everyone on average Dreams 6 times a night, but Lucid Dreams are much harder to moniter for an average.

Well i think ive read alot on this site.. can u give me a link to a site of teqniques i can do to have a lucid dream.... once i no how to have them i will be all set.. and ready to help others :)

where should my hands be

what should i be sleeping about
