I dunno if i had SP but my body felt really heavy and i felt like i was swaying, i had this feeling for at least 10 minutes after lying down for like 45 mins. After waiting for 20 more minutes and having nothin happen, i forced myself to move. #1 Did i have sleep paralysis and #2 IF i did should i just keep lying there?

I've had an Sp experience kind of like this before actually. At first I felt paralyzed and then it felt like my body was involuntarily rocking back and forth. I've heard somewhere that people also felt as if they were being slung back and forth down a hall at high speed. My guess is, that it was sleep paralysis at first, but then you were entering a dream when you felt the swaying. I'm not really sure, but I know exactly what you are talking about. Maybe there is a different terminology for it, but mine was connected to my SP.
yeah..see how it was once for me").. I was lieing down for a while keeping my attention to my body..then the paralysis came(usualy works")..then my body starts shaking unbearably but I thouhgt I can do it;)..very soon I start feelin flyin forth in an enourmous speed..flyin flyin and then sudanly Im in some endless space of silent or something hard to explane")..I had no thougts at all..gues thats why its a little hard to explane even its a little hard to understand how I felt myself")..but I know that that was pure councious me there")..however,what happened next I somehow get in my room with the whole understanding of being in a LD..I could see it very clearly..though very soon I start feeling that there is no one to share with with.. and that feeling of lonlyness in an unknow..lead me to lie down into my bed covering my head with the blanket ..tryin to fall asleep to my reality(also usualy happens..")..I could do something more instead..silly me") hopefully next time;)Quote:
