Im new in the site, though been practisind LD for a while..I was very happy to find yous here;) but felt a little comfused at first, as I had so many questions someone might know the answers;)..but didnt realy know where to post them;)P anyway I got one here;)
I sometimes let my body fall asleep while my mind is still aware, then the body paralysis come and after, if Its bearable enough;), I jump out of my body;)..it feels like Im in the same room where I fall asleep...I make few tricks (stand on my arm finger or do some amazing body shapes;) to make me understand thats its something extraodinary..but very soon I start to feel being in a wrong box..and what I do next is I go to bed and try to fall asleep to my reality;).. And when I wake up in the morning I feel like I lost a great chance of a great expierance and that next time I wake up in my dream,I will not be scared..but..ech..I dont know where did this sense of comfortless came from..but I feel huge discomfort, when Im there somewhere;).. do you have any suggestions how could I fight my fear?
..by the way that 'jump out of body' is it some astral journey or is it a LD or is it the same?;)
many thanks
love and lite;)

Sorry i might not be the best person to give advice (kinda new). But, maybe it's because you are staying in the same rut for too long. What i mean is that when you are lucid try something else besides trying to fall asleep (like walking on water or causing an earthquake, you know the normal things lol :content: ). that's all i got.
Oh and the astral stuff i'm not too clear on, maybe someone else can offer help for that.

Ugne: What you describe is WILD. You can find a few tutorials about it HERE and HERE. It sounds like you're a natural wilder.
Next time you "jump out of your body" and WILD into a dream which looks like your dream, try doing something like opening a door, and expecting it go go somewhere you haven't been before, where it doesn't normally go. It sounds like lucidity isn;t a problem for you, but you need to work on your dream control. :)
I hope that helps. Don't hesitate to PM me or any of the dreamguides if you have any specific questions. :) Otherwise, enjoy your stay on dreamviews! :bigteeth:

I'm no WILD'r but the day before you WILD look foward to the awkward states you experience, SP Hypogogic Sights and Sounds, then when it happens you will be like " Cool!" and not "Oh crap". Hope this helps.
