The first time i did it(last night) i tried this TILD trance induced lucid dream it seemed to work, but i could only vividly see thing that i was imagining. Is it a good idea to use TILD on a regular basis, i woke up feeling restless but no real other side effects. ahah everyone at school thinks im a whacko when i tell them about this. lol. What should i do to be able to control my dreams? evertime i was dreaming and aware i would awaken and ask my self the RC question Am i dreaming, id look at my fingers and they would like extend super large then i would close my eyes. TILD put me to a deepsleep where i was concious but, after only an hour it seemed like i was in R.E.M so whats the deal.

If you knew that you were dreaming you had an LD. And it looks like you had one. You then woke up into a False Awakening, did a RC again, but then you didn't specify what happened afterwards. You don't have to do anything to be able to controll your dreams, you only have to be in one. Then it's all about what you believe, the same thing as in The Matrix, "There is no spoon- it's all in your head so you can bend it and stuff" ... :content:

do i rc right when i think im dreaming??? or what? cuz iw as awake when i rc'd after using this mp3 on my ipod Trance:mind voyages(REALLY WORKED) i put three friends in trances as they started listning.
but do u listen to the trance thing during the day cuz its like. Tonight u will have a lucid dream. and shit liek that. so im confused cuz i did it before i went to bed and when he says all the imagery shit i just started seeing vivid images like it was crazy. That's the point of the reality check, to do it in a dream and proove yourself that you are dreaming. It's ok to do RCs when you are awake and you probably should, because when you're in a dream you think you're awake.
I don't know what mp3 you used. There are lots of them on the internet, you should find out how you can use that one in particular.
The images were probably HI or hypnagogic images, it happens when you are between a waking and sleeping state. I don't know how a Trance induced lucid dream works. It sounds like WILD, but I really don't know. I also don't know why trances could be dangeorus. I mean as I understand we are in them a lot, while we read and do stuff like that. Ask the teacher to be specific?
