So I attempted to WILD last night, my first attempt and I successfully pulled it off. I had first and second Vibrations and then I whited out and I seemed to go straight into a dream. Once in the dream nothing really exciting happened. The dream was boring and I didn't seem to have all that much control when compared to normal dreams (I've had more controlled DILDs). I'm excited that I was able to pull off a WILD on my first try but the dream wasn't very lucid and in fact the only difference I found between my WILD experiance and any other dream was the clarity and recall which was exponentially improved. Does anyone have any begginers tips for extending length, gaining greater control of my dreams and how the hell do I spin???

I've never attempted a WILD before, but I do know how to spin. Basically, you just spin like you would in real life ;) Just spin in place, OR you can rub your hands together. It has the same effect. Good luck :)

Do you concentrate on anything in particular, and are there any limitations with spinning?

I don't really get what you're asking. You dream spin when you're losing clarity or if you're in fear of waking up. You don't need to concentrate on anything, just spin. Hope this helps.

I personally like hand rubbing better. It doesn't reqire as much energy. ( I'm still lazy even when I'm sleeping!)

I too enjoy the rubbing. Also, picking up dream objects and just inspecting them increases the clarity so much. And to spin... well you just lierally spin, like you did when you were a kid.
