Hi everyone. I recently found out about Lucid Dreaming while browsing the web about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. I thought it sounded amazingly cool, and since I basically hate real life, I figured this would be a really cool way to escape reality. I had my first and so far only Lucid 7 days after I started, but it only lasted a few seconds, which I have read is normal. Now, I have read that it is slightly better to sleep on your back for Lucids, although it is not required. I have never been able to sleep on my back. And I want to highten my chances to do this.
My question is, I have wrist/ankle weights that are used for exercise. These gave me the idea of sleeping with them on to force myself to sleep on my back. Is it potentially harmful to do this? Is it necessary to roll around while you sleep? Answers would be greatly appreciated.
