Hi, I just tried the "controling my mind" thing but assume my attention span is too short. :oops:
I'll set my alarms this time, my brain is a totally seperate person from me. And as soon as I get to sleep, :blue: I don't wake up. Does this have to do with my meal the previous night? because I once sleepwalked after I ate bad pizza. :eek:

uhm. .well it usually doesnt involve the type of food you eat.. less it settles w/ you badly.
and for the attention span thing.. try meditating, first it wont seem like its working tho, cuz ur just starting out, but after a while of focus and practice, you'll get the hang of it...
