Hi, all! I'm a 17-year-old INTP female from America. I've known about lucid dreaming for a few years, and got quite good at meditation, dream recall, and DILD last fall-- but as soon as the school year started and stress hit, all my progress went down the toilet. Four months after I stopped keeping a dream journal, my recall has dropped to about two dreams a night, as opposed to four or so, and I'm constantly waking up and thinking, "aargh, that was totally a dream sign! How am I missing this stuff?"
I've resolved to re-acquaint myself with lucid dreaming and get back into the swing of things. I've started to reread LaBerge's Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, and I've just again started to dream journal. I'm terribly glad to be here!

Welcome to the board, Spritely! I hope you have a great time here.
It sounds like you are doing the right things to get yourself back into LDing.
Let us know how it goes. :)

Thanks, Twoshadows! Now that I have some school and college things sorted out, I'm looking forwards to having more time to devote to sleep and dreaming.
I really need to make myself a 'Stop wasting time and go to bed, fool!' sign.

Thanks, DreamerConstant and NeAvO. I fear I am enjoying my stay-- too much. It's ironic that a site about sleep and dreaming fascinated me so much the other night that I actually cut into my sleep-time to read it...
