Help With A Scary Montser

hey everyone.
ok, so sometimes when i'm sleeping, i can picture myself in my bed, but i can't move or anything. i know thats sleep paralyisis. so last night, i think i woke up, but it might have been a dream, so i layed back down, and told started thinking about lucid dreaming, then i woke up i think, but i was paralyzed, and i tried to scream, i tried and tried, but no luck, then i could sense and see some dark figure coming towards me, and it came onto my bed, and got on top of me. scariest thing ever, and i just kept trying to scream. whats going on there, & can i get a lucid dream from that?

yes, i believe you can roll out of SP, of what i heard it works, and if you did that, you'd get a lucid

SP is a great stepping stone o go into a lucid....And, just remember that SP, though frightening at times, is just a natural thing. Ride the wave out, and enjoy the fun.
