One of you here may know me, but most of you don't, so I'm saying Hi!
Last summer a friend started telling me about "astral projection", which I had heard about before, but then he told me some strategies for it, which I hadn't been able to find before, so I got interested and started trying. Then I went on to google and found out more, and started hearing about Lucid Dreaming. This intrigued me some more, and I did more google searches, and bought a book called "Lucid Dreams in 30 Days" which I'm going through with a friend. Since hearing about lucid dreams, I've had one lucid experience, that thankfully, lasted a good while, and I was able to fly around my school and make a TV go electrically berserk. I haven't had much since, but the LD in 30 Days book seems to be at least helping my dream recall, as is keeping a dream journal. I hope to learn much more here and make some more friends!

Heya Lucid Warrior, and welcome to DV!
Nice to hear you've had a Lucid Dream already! I'd think that's all it takes to get anyone hooked on them... hehe. How did you like flying? Good job on keeping a dream journal, it helps a lot with dream recall. Hope to hear more about your upcoming LDs... :)

Thanks. The flying was great, like floating up from the bottom of a pool really fast, then shooting down the hall like superman. I think I even did some moonjumps and floated around a little bit. Electric things are fun to play with, especially when they go berserk :P
I think the first thing I need to do is read up on all of these methods, but if they have like 13 steps or something I can only remember the first 3 and when I'm in bed I get stuck >_>
