Which is the best way to enter a LD
You're not going to like this answer..... but.... It varies depending on the individual.
I still have best luck recognizing dreamsigns, followed next by MILD, and then in last place WILD.
Others here find WILD better or MILD.
I would say WILD would be the best way, but to me is the hardest to induce. I say this because I believe WILD's give you more of an edge in your abilities within the dream. I've only had one but there is a HUGE difference in what I can do in a WILD than in a normal lucid dream.

There's really nothing much we can do about that. You'll just have to keep up with those mental exercise thingies to prevent your mind from falling asleep... at least thats what I think.... :|

It took me three months of trying EVERY night to have my first WILD, but, maybe you will be different!!!

Wow three months. I seem to get headaches sometimes when i try to wild for too long. Maybe I'm not getting enough sleep since I wake up 1 hour earlier to attempt wild
Try it in the morning when you are still half asleep. I guess that would be more of a wake back to bed method than WILD.

Can u list some mental exercises?
I have heard of people using simple mental arithmatic to prevent themselves from falling asleep.
e.g. 1+2, 2+3, 1+3 etc.
Just simple, logical exercises. :)
There are individual differences...whats good for me might suck for you...find your OWN way, but we are willing to help you find that.
