It happened at 3:00, and it was a mix between MILD and a HILD technique (hypnosis from the night before). I was arguing with my parents in my room, and I jumped into the air out of frustration. Then I realized that I floated back down, rather than an immediate thud. So then my parents shut up and go away, and I dance around my dream room saying "Yeah! I got a lucid dream, I got a lucid dreee-um! Woohoo!" After the dance is done, I decided to float through my ceiling and onto my roof. I told myself to keep calm, and felt a great excitement welling in my chest. Then I proceeded to jump-fly from rooftop to rooftop, through the trees in full moonlight, looking into each house I saw as I passed, and waving back at the dumbstruck dream characters playing basketball in their driveways. After five rooftops, the excitement became too much, and I woke up and went to my bathroom. My roomies yelled at me for getting up so many times at night! This was only a false awakening though, and my dream was pretty typical (as in, nonsense-filled) after that.
When I really woke up, I had a huge grin on my face! It's friday, so I think I'll try a DEILD tomorrow.
So, what was your first lucid dream since you've joined?

Hey.. It took me about 14 days too. Had my first (real) LD today! I was trying to DEILD. I woke up, thinking I failed. I did a quick nose RC and realised I was dreaming. I wanted to look at my hands for greater vividness but my I woke up. My heart was pounding like wild... Today/Tommorow morning im going to try DEILD again. Success is guaranteed!
