Hi, my boyfriend is conisag, hes introduced me to Lucid Dreaming, just throught i'd introduce myself, my names lucy can i just say what a great community, your all very helpful and i look forward to talking to you all and making new friends, thanks for reading all replies are welcome.

Check out the research section and the attaining lucidity section for all the great techniques you would want to try, also don't forget the tutorials section if you get a little lost.
