If you're a heavy sleeper, trying to WBTB (wake, back to bed) might me more difficult. But if you try these you need to stimulate the mind, rather than waking the body up. The more *awake* your mind can be, and the more asleep your body can be, generally for all Lucid Dreaming, the better..
It doesn't necessarily matter whether you're a light or heavy sleeper, if you're the latter, the breakdown simply falls into self-discipline.
I'm a very light sleeper...I think that's always been a good thing as far as dreaming is concerned.
I'm a heavy sleeper who has trouble falling asleep. If I can do it, anyone can. hehe. It all comes down to what Felidire siad, self discipline.
cheers for the help guys : )
im a light sleeper, someone enters my room quietly and I could just sense them moving, even tho thier not makin a sound and I wake up, I guess this helps me alot with dreaming
I'm a really heavy sleeper. I've slept through fire alarms and I can easily sleep for 12 hours if I have nothing better to do.
Where as with lucid dreaming, I'm here to find the best way for me to initiate them :content:
