and what is a NOSE reality check?
and what do u mean by reality check when u r sleeping???
i choose color changing for RC(Reality Check).
Its just like, when u r sitting in school, riding a bus, walking, talking, watching TV, anything. And u ask urself "AM I DREAMING", and look at a wall and try to change color of it(or floor, or smthing like that). And if u fail u r awake.
No, its not making u a crazy person if u r trying to change a color of the wall. Its just something that should go to habit of urs so it will happen in ur dream. And in a dream, color of the wall will change, and that will trigger lucid dream.
U should do a reality check 21 time a day. At least some says that much. Well u just tr do it as often as u can, but dont go over 21 time.

Hey, Welcome to the forum!

The people around here are all really nice (well, I can be a jerk, but everyone else is cool), and we're all glad to help.
As far as questions like "what is a nose reality check" you'd probably be better off either using the search button, it's in the top right corner of the page. Also, there are tons of info in the tutorials section, which can be found from the home page. For information about reality checks, this tutorial is the place.
The Nose reality check you're talking about is # 11 in the list there, they call it "The Breathing Test" but it's the same thing.
I can't say I recommend the color-changing one, if it works for Baalzamon then it might work for you, but being able to change your environment while dreaming requires a certain amount of control. For me, I usually start out with a very low level of lucidity (things are kind of hazy, I don't have very good control) and then I can make it better once I know I'm dreaming (there are various techniques, again... the tutorials). I prefer the nose RC. I also try to push my index finger through my hand (but you have to actually try, and not just press on your palm), it's a strange feeling when it works... my finger never comes out the other side of my hand, it just sort of disappears into nowhere.
Yeah
