I've been totally sucked into the idea of LD since two days ago and now I'm hopefully on my way! :yumdumdoodledum:
Before a couple months ago I would barely ever dream. But now that I take Seroquel to help me sleep, I dream every night. Period. But now I want to make things more interesting. Thanks everybody.
I saw that adoption thread and I must say, this is looking to be one of the friendliest forum communities I've seen.

I've got a page filled up in my dream journal and reread it from time to time and have gotten into the habit of doing a reality check every time I enter/exit a new room.

Just curious, do you think you're dreaming more because of the Seroquel on your brain chemistry, or is it that you're just sleeping longer (which results in longer REM periods)? Basically, have you ever had a time when you slept soundly (without the Seroquel) and still remembered you're dreams?
ya you got the jist of it, I'm able to get to sleep and stay asleep with no problems at all since I've started taking the Seroquel. Also another reason why I might remember my dreams every night now is because my sleep patterns are actually structured for once. I go to sleep at the same time every night now and wake up at the same time every morning.Quote:
