Hello World
This is actually my second post, but it has been over six months since I was here so I thought I'd introduce myself again. I'm Glokko. If you ever see the name anywhere else it should be me, so feel free to talk to me. I've been trying to WILD for the six months I was gone, but i have trouble getting into sleep paralysis. Is there anyway to induce it besides just standard WILD tecniques? I ask this because sleep Paralysis seems almost as exciting as a LD so even if it doesn't garentee a LD I'd like to see what it feels like. Finally, Does anyone have any tips about how to WILD before sleeping. I'm determined to learn to LD this way, and the otherways just don't hold the same granduer to me. I'll check back tomorrow, so no hurry. Hopefully I'll be seeing much more of you guys soon. :)

Sleep paralysis is also caused by erratic sleep patterns, not getting enough sleep, or getting too little sleep, but I don't advise trying this, since sleep paralysis induced that way is usually much more unpleasant.
Don't worry too much about getting into sleep paralysis, since it isn't always a step in WILD. For other ways to try WILD, I suggest you search for reverse blinking, and for alternate techniques that work similar to WILD, I suggest you search for FILD, DEILD, and VILD.
