I stoped trying to do lucid dreams a while ago, but i want to try them again. I've been practicing the wild and i got the sp down pat. I commonly get a little shakey, body goes numb, my eyes start going everywhere(i wear a beanie over my eyes to keep them closed), then i feal really thickish...but then my sp starts to go away.
any ideas as to what i might be doing wrong? :confused: :)
