what the hell happened last night?

the weirdest thing happened last night when i was trying to fall asleep. i was listening to the classical radio station and i started to feel a little tingly. then it seemed like my eyes were involuntarily follow the music. then my eye lids started to shake a little bit, and then my eyes opened. what the hell!!! i was so confused, i did a rc just incase i was in a dream and i was awake. so what the hell was that? has that ever happened to anyone else?

Classical music is very relaxing. It's possible that you were just about to fall asleep. The tingling was the preludes to sleep paralysis. I didn't know this until recently, but you go into REM for just a few moments before NREM then back into REM. That's probably what the eyes following the music was.

Or you could have just had caffeine and suddenly got restless, that would also make you tingly and twitchy.
