mp3?

is there something in mp3 format i can listen to that gets me in that lucid dream mode, i think something called, "induction" was mentioned. can anyone shed some light on this, and a link to the mp3?

If you're capable of doing basic audio mixing and production, you might want to look into downloading BrainWaveGen. You can create a track with binaural beats that you set, giving you the ability to influence your brainwaves while you sleep. You can take yourself down into deep sleep, then bring your brainwaves up to REM frequency, then down again.

The program let's you output the soundfile which you can then convert to mp3 or whatever to put on an ipod.
