Hello - Full dream Controll - Few Questions

Hello,

Im 15 and live in the UK. I am Also a Christian. I Was watching a program related to dreams and had a Quick look On Google and stumbled Upon this website.

After Reading some of the information i became aware to the fact that Pretty much every dream i Have is a "lucid" one and i have full controll of my actions and surroundings in them.

I Didn't think this was normal but i also didn't know a lot of people try to get into these dream states. I know relativly little only that i can, and have been able to do it forever.

What i Don't know is can this be usefull for anything can i move to something forther? I have found that certain things i do in my Dreams Can result in me bieng much more relaxed and Calm the following Day.

I Just need to have a chat with some people who know what they're on about :)

You are what we call a "natural" and therefore are envied by almost everyone who posts here! :D

In lucid dreaming supposedly you can practice or refine a skill or hobby (piano, painting, etc.). You could practice public speaking to get over that phobia.

Basically anything you wish to improve or try.. you have only to become lucid and perform.

(btw.. I'm a Christian as well.)

You could jump into your favorite book/video game/movie and influence it. You really know you want to, especially after somebody does something stupid and you wish they hadn't -_-
