Yet another personal experience on how to induce LD
Hi,
This is the first time I have read about LD on the net (and so I consider myself a newbie ;)). After going through the site I realized that I have been LDing for a long time. Its gr8 to realize that other ppl are having the same experiences :)!!!
Anyway after going through the myriad tutorials on how to LD, my way is kinda different and for those interested here is how I do it -
This is a technique I realized by chance and I have been practising it for the last couple of years. It almost always works for me. Hope u guys (and gals) find it useful
(Warning!!! - The following can be not good for ur health in the long term but it works gr8 for me and I personally think its way better than all those drugs ppl ingest. Of course nothing can beat the natural (and the right way) of RC and LDing as discussed in the tutorial)
1) I always do this when I can afford myself approx. 10 hrs to sleep
2) Before the "big nite" get a little drunk (not too much just enough to get a buzz) do not drink any water before u go to sleep.
3) It might be hard to sleep when u are thirsty but try anyway.
4) As expected, you are going to wake up feeling damn thirsty and really tired (i.e. half-asleep/sleep deprived).
5) Have as much water as you can.
6) After this what I do is pretty much the same as the WILD technique (However it is a hell of a lot easier in this particular scenario. Somehow the tiredness and the partial hangover leave u in a somnolent state which catalyzes the WILD transition state)
6) (Assuming u have read the WILD technique tutorial) The only pitfalls are not to panic when your body undergoes paralysis and not to go into a deep sleep (if its the later case then its probably b'coz u drunk more than you should have)
Hope this helps... Remember not to drink every night just for the heck of inducing LD. The right way is still the natural way (and that is what I am trying to master right now). For those of you who enjoy a drink now and then and want to get a flavor of LD, this is a useful technique.
