When you go to sleep and want to induce a LD, do you go to sleep as you normally would? I attempted last night and kinda put myself in a meditative state. My body felt like it was resting but i was still concious.

When you go to sleep and want to induce a LD, do you go to sleep as you normally would? I attempted last night and kinda put myself in a meditative state. My body felt like it was resting but i was still concious.
Well it depends on the type of lucid dream you want to induce, a MILD would involve you going to sleep as you normally would but just keeping "I want to lucid dream" in your head.
Where as a FILD would involve going to sleep and at the same time moving your finger around the mattress ect.
