I found the HILD Tutorial a few weeks ago and I think it is possibly the best technique anyone could use.
I used to remember dreams perhaps once a month, if that fequently. When I came to this website, I was ditraught to learn how strong dream recall had to be. But then I tried the Hypnosis technique and I had two dreams that very night! (I used the technique for dream recall, not lucids. I want to take it one step at a time)
After that, I performed the technique a few more times, and kept having dreams. Eventually, I didn't have to use it anymore. I think I have done it enough for it's effects to be ingrained in my mind. I'd like to thank Gothlark for posting that tutorial, and I hope it works as well for the rest of you.
