i only heard about lucid dreaming 3 nights ago and i thought it would be really cool if i could have a lucid dream. ive been doing heaps of reality checks during the day and i started my dream journal though i usually remember my dreams in the morning. ive tried the MILD technique twice joined with the WBTB and i was planning on doing WILD. i really want to try a willd coz they say you get really vivid lucid dreams but im scared of trying it coz of the hallucinations and the "feeling that you are choking" thing that some sites mention. will my fear stop me from being able to do i?
Also with the MILD technique is it possible to do before you go to bed not having to wake up suring the night?
