2 LD's in a week? Congratulations that's quite an accomplishment for a begginer. Welcome to the site and may you have many more LD's to come. |

I had 2 LD's this week. The first one I realized I was dreaming and did a RC and the moment I did I woke up. The second time I did the same thing but I was able to hold it together by rubbing my hands together and commanding it to stabilize. I lasted maybe 30 seconds to a minute. It was awesome though. Very vivid. |

I've had 3 LDs in my past 5 days. I'm pleasently surprised. |

DREAM ON
Woot! I just had another one last night. And I was a little bit more in control then before, but I can really see the difference between LDs caused by MILD and those caused by other techniques that you go from wake to LD instantly, I could feel the "dreaminess" all around, kind of like a surreal feeling. Maybe next time if I remember I'll just focus on improving the feel. |
