Are you sure? Do a reality check after you open your eyes.
Yeah I've geard people saying things like this it's probably a false awakening
Hi,
Will the use of eye-mask do any good?
yes i have tryed the above reality checks and what not, but i od not own a eye-mask could there be another problem:am i not concentrating hard enough,or is it somthing els.
My eyes open too when i try to WILD. I usually try a WILD right at the beginning of sleep just to relax and fall asleep quicker and i'll be laying there trying not to move and i'll start to slip deeper and my eyelids always want to open. Its a pain because you're trying not to focus on it but if you dont then they open. Its not like wide open but just enough that i can see the dimly lit hallway. You could try laying in a different position or putting a pillow over your head, thats what i do.
thank you for your help i know what i should do now.:banana::banana:
That could be because you're about to go into REM. A mask could work, or like ThePhobiaViewed said, but a pillow over your face.
i have achieved REM, i feel my eyes moving uncontrollably but then my dad started playing ear shatteringly loud music and i got a very violent image in head.....it was two wolves cannibalizing each other this was before i drifted off
