My introduction.

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is barnes, and I'm new to lucid dreaming. Today I spent about 5 hours making The Brain Machine from Make Magazines most recent issue, and I've fallen in loved with the effects its put on me.

This has led me towards lucid dreaming. I have ordered the Lucid Dreaming mask designed by Nate True, and will give that a shot. Has anyone here used this method?

I am hoping to brush up on alot of the terms, and techniques here, and begin to learn advanced dreaming jazz, and see what happens. Can't wait!

Well, since I forgot to include link in my first post, I have them now.

This is the Lucid Dreaming Mask that induces lucid dreams based on flashing lights transposing into the REM state.

This is The Brain Machine that manipulates brain waves, and induces hallucinations.
