I've been having a big dream rut and I can't find a way to start dreaming again, I had a dream 2 days ago but think it may have just been a fluke, how do I get back into the daily routine of dreaming. i have a DJ next to my bed and think about dreaming before I sleep but nothing happens. Also I heard about this B6, is there anything it naturally comes in? or just like any other vitamin?
Well, as you should know, you dream every night. The longer you sleep the longer REM gets, which means longer dreams. When you wake up, don't get up. Just think hard and even if you think nothing will come to you,you should remember at least some parts of a dream (s). Just keep your dream journal and use it every day.Quote:

Maybe you're just going through a dry spell? A time when you can't remember any dreams, but you will get it back after a few days.
A common cause of this can be stess, if your annoyed by it then just don't let it annoy you, stay calm and realise that we don't all remember our dreams everyday.
I just got out of a tiny dry spell. Just relax before going to sleep. Just think, "I will wake up after every dream period and remember my dreams." Repeat this to yourself calmly in your head. Don't worry about whether you do or don't have dreams. Just drift off to sleep thinking about that line. Also, when you wake up, write down anything and everything you can remember. Even if you're not sure if you actually got up once, or if it was a false awakening, if it seems dream-like, write it down. Also, if all you can remember is a single image, or sound, or emotion, write it down. It helps, trust me!
