hey can anyone help me understanding my dream or if anyone has experienced this type of dream?
I was dreaming like I do normally, I wake up in the dream I realise that I was dreaming but im still dreaming and I have not really woke up from my dream. I know sounds abit crazy but its hard to explain.
That's called a false awakening or FA. Welcome to dreamviews.
It was a FA and a LD aswell. A good way to induce them too, doing reality checks whenever you wake up.
I may have had sort of FA last night but i think i woke partially and then was aware whilst letting my dream come into vision, i think i did a DEILD but i can't distinguish whether i was dreaming or not, it seemed real to a degree and i was worried of fully waking up. Its so irritating.
i remember once i was dreaming and i woke up , and woke up again and realised that i have now woken up in real life, so yes ive had a dream in a dream it was quite a weird feeling , i truely believe i woke up but i didnt

i thought false awakening was when u wake up and think that is a dream. guess im wrong
Oh thanks a lot, false awakining i shall do some reading on that, i have had it happen to me quite frequently. I just had a dream the other day that i projected out of my body, but it was a dream about it because my room it was empty and it was my room before i decorated.
That same night i had another dream and in the dream i realised that i was dreaming,
Ive noticed all my dreams that i have are in colour and its like im going different places, awesome
This happened to me last night. I had a dream where we were going to Sea World, and I 'woke up', thinking "Oh man, it was just a dream", but later, I was back there, and I didn't find it weird, or become lucid :o

False awakenings can be annoying, eh? A least it's quite easy to go from one to a lucid dream. :D
Not when you're dream brain is as retarded as mine ¬_¬ I actually saw my friend there the second time, and he was ment to be in LA (in real life that is), and I asked him, "Hey, aren't you ment to be in LA?" and he said "I am in LA"... I didn't find it weirdQuote:
