Its toooo REAL!!
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
hey ya!
so! i've become lucid at different points in my dreams.....but the weird problem now is that, i'm always stuck in school when it happens....it seems too similar to real life,... so then i forget that i've just become lucid and that i'm just dreaming????, it then just turns into A normal dream!!!
what can i do to stay in the 'lucid' state?
:mad::D
thanks ( i know i'm confusing)

Once you're lucid, why don't you immediately jump into a task which is otherwise impossible? Go to the nearest wall and see if you can put your hand on it and dematerialize the wall and walk through (for example). The point is ... if you're engaged in a task that is impossble in waking life, you probably won't lose your lucidity.

Yeah, like DrTechnical said, try and keep your mind active and working to keep what level of consciousness you have, the best way maybe would be to change the scenery to something totally ridiculous, that way if you slipped back into the dream it would be obvious that you are dreaming.

I'd say do some RCs. That, or have some Lucid cola.
I think it's something that comes with time, though.

thanks for all of the help guys!
:D
its good to get some advice from pros!:)

Well, if your in a school, why not mess with DCs? dont follow the school ruetine, just get up in the middle of "dream class" and jump on desks, and shoot fireballs. You wont get back into a dream that way >:-)

Hi, welcome to Dream Views.
In lucid dreams that I fear I'll lose lucidity in, I repeatedly tell myself I'm dreaming. I did that in my last lucid actually. In another dream, to keep myself lucid a sang "sweet dreams' as I ascended stairs so that I would remember I was dreaming.

I was just wondering if I tried running into a wall while lucid and it didn't work, would it hurt? I guess what I'm asking is that can you feel pain when dreaming? I tried it once but I was still afraid that I'd hurt myself so I stopped midway.

While it is possible to feel pain in dreams, it's somewhat rare, especially in lucid dreams. I've only ever felt pain in lucid dreams a couple of times, and when I did it was so insignificant I could easily ignore it. I've even tried running head first into a wall in a lucid dream once, because someone here reccomended it, and it didn't hurt at all.
