What books do you recommend about lucid dreaming? Which are the easiest to understand and yet also comprehensive?
May i suggest Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge, a great read and gives you some really good information on lucid dreaming.
Yeah, that is probably the best one. I have not read all of them, but the rest Are probably just repeating the same basic information.Quote:

I got that one above called Creative Dreaming out of the library and found that to be very informative and interesting. And of course Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming. I highly recommend both.
I was just waiting until Clairity added her super list of books, lol. Seriously though, the list of books Clairity have listed are worth a read so try and check them out if you can.Quote:
