May i suggest Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge, a great read and gives you some really good information on lucid dreaming.
Odd Eye, a definate must read for all those interested in lucid dreaming is Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge.

I got that one above called Creative Dreaming out of the library and found that to be very informative and interesting. And of course Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming. I highly recommend both.
