Well recall is perhaps the most important bit in this, so you're doing brilliantly.
Some people take a long while learning to dream, so not having any after a month isn't bad by any means.
Now, to help we really need to know what techniques you've been using and how you've been doing them, but also the motion of talking about lucid dreaming can really help. Posting around this place and discussing the topic with others more could really help you.
Yeah I was like that about a year ago. I had no problem remembering 3-4 dreams a night. I just couldnt LD though. I ended up quitting when I went to school and now I have to start over again from the basics. I dont know what you do to try and induce them, but I would recommend RC's every 15-20 minutes all day long. I just got back into it and I've been doing the RC's for about 2 weeks and had two LD's. Its nothing to brag about, but its a start and works for me. Just dont give up, I really regret it.
