all my dream was just me going hey ill watch tv and i turned it on and i was on the tv guide and saw crash so i turned to it and then it wasnt crash but some crazy movie about cars who even knows if it is a real movie but anyways then i woke up and my room dark and i was happy but it was 4 and i couldnt fall back asleep.... im not even sure if it was lucid or just a dream because i was so desperate for one i might have convinced myself i had one.... =\
did dreaming come into your mind during the dream?

Next time, if you're in doubt, do a "reality check". The reality check that has never failed me is the "plug my nose and see if I can breathe" reality check. It never hurts to do your favorite reality check a couple of times or even do two different ones.. just to really convince yourself!

Hi, welcome to Dream VIews.
As soon as you are certain and think something along the lines of, 'this is a dream', or 'Im dreaming', that's lucidity. Even if it only lasts for a second or two. If that realization was there, then you were in a lucid dream.
