It seem's to have alot of effect on me, i turn it on and lay on my bed, i become very relaxed. My dad walked in to the room, heard the noises and said he has a headache now, is it possible that what a certin wave does to one person has the oppiset effect on another person.
Not sure but it has big effects on me too. I was laying for 24 minutes listening to the frequencies and almost fell asleep. I'm just concerned that the headphones will fall off if i go to sleep
Crap, u gota use head phones? lol i didn't use head phones and it worked for me.
lol i don't think you have to but i didn't want to disturb anyone else. use headphones and your dad won't be able to hear it lol

You must use headphones with binaural tones, or they don't work. They rely on the frequency difference between the tone in one ear and the tone In the other, so headphones must be used to isolate the sound going into each ear.

I use headphones when i listen to it... its very affective on me :)
External aids never seem to work for me. They are too annoying. I prefer good old fashioned will power.
