Question from a NewDreamer
:? a few months ago i was hanging out with a few friends of mine, when my friend pat brought up lucid dreaming. He introduced me to it and told me about its magical wonders. i was able to confirm what he was saying by a dream i had as a little kid, in this dream i had become lucid somehow. Now that i want to explore the infinite possibilities of the dream world, it seems as if it is impossible. My dream recall from what i understand is not to bad. i can remember up to 4 or 5 dreams a night with minor detail. The problem is becoming lucid. I have tried many techniques. Every night before i go to bad i take 200 mg of vitamin B6, which really helps my dreams become more vivid. Throughout my everyday life i give myself Reality Checks. However whenever in a dream i am unable to define the differences from real and the dream world. Everytime i wake, i feel like slapping myself in the face :bang: because their were so many dream signs within many of the dreams throughout the night which i somehow noticed but didnt reconize as a dream sign... Is there anyone out there who can help me with this little problem of mine. All help would be greatly appreciated.
