new newbie here. and a tiny question.
hi everybody! im new around here so i just wanted to say hi. i found out abut this great site from another forum. i had also read an article about lucid dreaming.
my age: 17
country: sweden
lucid dreaming: i'm not quite sure but i think i had one for about 10 seconds....
and here is my question: are senses other than your sight involved in lucid dreams? once in a dream i ate a candy and (i think) it tasted just like a real one. tasting something in a dream have just happened once to me. is it common that you can hear, smell, taste and feel things in your dreams? can i listen to my favorite music when i am asleep :) ???

it is very possible to have ALL of your senses working in a lucid dream at once. I believe sight and sound are the strongest? but anyway yes, lucid dreams can be just as real as your waking life, seeing, hearing, tasting, feeling, ans smelling is all possible in your dreams, even non-lucid ones. as for hearing your favourite music, well, it depends on how well you know a song. if you just heard it on the radio a couple of times chances are it may not sound exactly like it should. but if you've heard it many many times and can play it perfectly in your head then it should work. though dreams tend to be a little unstable with things like that...so I'm not completely sure.
[and welcome.]
