But i didnt remember any i had from last night.. is it ok to forget a dream here and there or is that a sign that you need to fix something??? :D:D:D:D

If you forget a dream when you wake up don't worry about it too much. Just keep recording the dreams that you do remember and read over them before you go to bed. If you remember a dream and purposely don't record it then you probably won't have much success in lucid dreaming.

chic, I don't record all my dreams (some simply aren't worth writing down) and some mornings I simply can't remember any.
Personally.. I find that if I record those dreams that I vividly recall or that mean something to me, I have no problems recalling my lucid dreams.

Same here, I write down all that I can remember, but if (for example) I liked the dream I just had I might try to DEILD and not write anything down for it. Lucid dreams are easy to remember, so don't worry, you won't forget them. B6 should help if you really want to remember your dreams well.

I find a lot of times when I'm especially tired, I don't remember anything from the night, it's like my head hits the pillow and then, boom, suddenly it's morning. Other nights I'll remember 5 or 6 dreams.
It's a lot easier to remember dreams as soon as you wake up from them. I only record particularly cool or instructive dreams. When I wake up, before I get up, I'll think about any dream signs or things I should have caught in non-lucid dreams, but if the dream wasn't interesting, why write it down? I'll never read it again... Usually I've forgotten most details of boring dreams by later in the day.
If you're not remembering any dreams, ever, it might be a good thing to try to get a little more sleep. If you wake up in the night, think about dreams you've had; I find thinking about them while I'm awake makes them easier to remember later.

It's okay to go without recall. Recall will ome back as great as it ever was if dreaming is something you hold dear.
I record all my dreams, as stupid and as pointless or as embarassing as they are. :D
Oh, and welcome to Dream Views.
See you around.
