Astral Projection

What's astral projection?

It's the idea that you can get into the real world without a body, just your "spirit body". Some people believe this is just a very vivid lucid dream, other believe you've actually managed to separate your astral (spirit) body from your earthly body. People claim to have seen events all over the world (as they happened in real life) by using astral projection. The Beyond Dreaming forum has a lot of topics about this.

it is not a branch to lucid dreaming but somehow it is related.

Astral Projections are OBE (Out of Body Experience) , it is basically getting out of your body as your soul, it can be realisedby a method very similar to WILD but with the intention to get out of your body, and by saying a "command"
in your LD like "astral projection NOW" - "out of body experience NOW"
or something like that.
the words are to restate your intention more firmly it helps a lot.
