welcome to dream views!
and for your question, well you don't wake up for MILDs you just do techniques while your awake and thye sometimes give you lucids. you don't need to set a clock for them.

Oh, IC ill try tonight. ;)

Well you can wake up after each dream period if you wanted to recall your dreams straight away.
If you wanted to do a WBTB and then a MILD, I'd recommend having atleast 5 hours sleep for that.
Welcome to the forum by the way :)

Hey there, welcome to the forum.
I can't halp but echo who NeAvO has said, 5 hours sleep and the like, maybe 6 so you'll be in an/about to go into an EM period. But that might be a better idea for when you start WILD.

OK, I get it. But last night didn't go so well, Anyone know how to get a repeating song out of your head???:bang: It got pretty annoying, couldent concentrate.
One more question, How can I make myself wake after every dream, seems pretty important.
