Hey there lucidsoldier, reality check lots like I said in chat. You're setting up a dream journal, which is also good. So yeah, read the tutorials and don't be afraid to ask questions, people will help.

I believe in reality checks. They not only work, BUT THEY WORK
sOME ADvice? - if ur not getting enough lucids to saticfy ur taste, take a break from you're pondering about dreams, and continue ur break for howevr many nights until another lucid apprears.
I give this advice as a last resort.

Dream Journal, do reality checks a LOT. in your DJ write down EVERYTHING and anything. emotions, feelings, sounds, senses. And post alot in here, b/c we're so freaking awesome.
