first make sure you have a dream journal. It helps you remember all of your dreams better. If you don’t remember a certain part of the dream, don’t make it up cause that’s lame. Just write down everything you can remember.
Eventually you’ll notice the same stuff happening in a lot of dreams. Like going to work, school, and running from that monster and falling. These are dream signs.
“how do dream signs work” you ask? They help you get lucid cause you realize it’s all a dream. Like, sometimes theres snakes everywhere and i’m like “wait a minute”, and i’ll go off and do all kinds of leet things.
Sometimes dream signs don’t work, and sometimes they do. Another method is reality checking. It’s where you try things to see if you’re dreaming. Try reading something, or breathing with your nose pintched, or making things float in the air. If it works, you’re dreaming. Some people do this over and over all day, so when they dream...they'll do it and then it's go time.

sometimes a technique may not be for you. Luckly, theres a whole lotta of techniques to try. But the basic rule of thumb is confidence. If you know it will work. Then it’s gonna work. If it doesn’t work, don’t cry about it. It takes people different amounts of time to ld because of how the brain works. Also try combining certain methods from different techniques.
“how close wuz i to a _ild”? If you’re asking this then you’re really close. Theres no real way of saying you needed to lie still for five more seconds/minutes/hours/ cause it all depends on too many factors. Just try it again and maybe it’ll work the next time.
Sp
i see so many “wuz this sp” posts. Heres what sp is…your brain tellining your body “don’t move cause you’re sleeping”. Everybody has sp, but only a few people become aware of it. The last time i didn’t have sp i kicked the wall before waking up, and my toe hurt for a week. Sometimes it feels like you cant breath, or move or the cookie monster is rubbing his furry paws on your ears. If it doesn't feel like you're lying in bed and crazy stuff is going on...it's probably sp. Just relax and try to remain still, and theres a good chance you may enter a dream totatly lucid dude.
Drugs
will blank help me ld more? Mabye, maybe not. But before you decide to open your medicene cabinet…remember that you’re paying out of pocket for something that should be free. Just learn how to ld without drugs cause you never know what side effects it may have. I ld all the time without drugs. Sometimes i ask myself. What would neo do? Neo didn't take drugs before he jacked in the matrix. He ate that white slop and did just fine.
