Hi, Newbie Question
When one of my buddies showed me a link about the wonderful world of Lucid Dreaming, I was so intrigued about the idea of having control of your dreams and doing whatever you feel. Well, I just started keeping a dream journal about a week ago and I've started noticing that I'm remembering more of my dreams with much more vivid detail, whereas before I was lucky if I could remember any of my dreams. So my question is, by keeping a dream journal am I somehow improving my chances of remembering my dreams, and if so does this sound like I'm on my way to actually being able to LD.
Thank, first post. :)

Hey Tim, welcome! :D
Keeping a dream journal definitely improves your dream call, at least for the overwhelming majority of people! And yes this is the first step in the lucid dreaming process. I am sure you will do fine! :)
I'm trying to find the link to a good recent thread about djs...
Edit: Shoot, I can't find it, but anyway it was a thread where basically people agreed that yes, keeping a DJ was helpful! :)
